This website is owned and operated by Versailles Invitations which owns, controls or uses with permission of the relevant owner, all the content and material on this website. The entire contents of this website are protected by international copyright and trademarks law.

Copyright Design Credit

The items you are purchasing are exclusive to Versailles Invitations. As such all stationery pieces will include a small unobtrusive copyright credit © www.VersaillesInvitations.com.au printed on the item. The credit is kept to a minimum point size and is positioned so as not to interfere with the overall look of the stationery. Requests for removal of copyright credits from stationery items will incur a fee at the discretion of Versailles Invitations, payable prior to stationery being printed.

Pricing

We are an Australian owned and operated business. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) plus GST and are subject to change and availability. GST will be added and included in your total at checkout.

Sizes and designs may change over time. Versailles Invitations reserves the right to update their pricing at any time without notice. Please note GST is an Australian tax and is not applicable to international orders. The GST will be removed from international orders once you enter in your country destination.

Payment & Ordering

As each job is printed on a to-order basis, full payment is required before work can commence on your job.

Secure Credit Card Payment

The easiest and most efficient way to order is via our secure online shopping cart, there is no need of a pay pal account, you can make a payment with your debit card or credit card. You can be assured that your personal details are treated with the utmost security and privacy.

Bank Deposit, Cheque & Money Order

We are also more than happy to accept bank deposit, cheque or money order. Using these methods will require payment to be cleared before work will commence on your order.

When making payments by Cheque or Money Order

Please make your cheque payable to: Versailles Invitations Cheques can be posted to: PO Box 8262, Carrum Downs, 3201 VIC Australia, with your name and order number, within 10 days of placing an order.

When making payments by Direct Bank Deposit

Please ensure you make a note of your name in the description section. An email once you have deposited your funds would also be appreciated.

In the instance of additional alteration charges being incurred, your order will be held from delivery until payment of these has been made.

Current Timing on Orders

3- 6 weeks are to be allowed from approval of final proof to delivery of final products.

Urgent Orders: Please contact us for a timing estimate prior to order if your job is urgent.

Sample Proof

A PDF proof will be emailed to you for approval before printing. Once you have checked and approved your proof, please email your approval in writing to Breena Tremsal.

Once your approval has been received, your job will be sent to print and posted out to you. Please allow at least 3-6 weeks from approval of your proof to delivery. (A timing estimate will be sent to you upon approval).

For custom colour and design work we will send out a proof prior to print on request. As per our Printing/Colour policy below, there may be a slight variance in colour to the proof and your final print run.

When we have received your approval (in writing via email) we will proceed to print your stationery. Your order WILL NOT GO to print unless your 'PDF proof' has been approved by yourself, even if it requires no changes.

PLEASE NOTE: *Customers paying by cheque / money order / direct deposit will receive a 'PDF proof' after we have received a full payment for your order. Payment must be received within 10 working days from the date you have placed an order.

Proofreading

The PDF proof is sent to you to check the content. Please be aware that due to variations in monitors the colours and images may vary slightly on screen to that of the finished product.

Client errors that are signed off through the proofing process are to be reprinted at the clients' expense. It is the client's responsibility to check all copy is correct. Ensure that all text supplied is as final as possible, we allow for one set of text amendments at proof stage.

Guest Lists

If you have selected the personalisation option please supply us with your guest list as a word file or excel file with all names typed exactly as you would like them to be spelt and written. eg. Mr & Mrs Delacroix, Aidan and Fontaine Delacroix, Aidan & Fontaine. And for place cards one name per line or cell, eg Aidan, Fontaine etc.

It is important that you ensure all spelling, punctuation and spacing is correct on your guest list as our printer uses an automated system and your list will be printed exactly as supplied. Any errors supplied by clients on their lists will be reprinted at the clients' expense.

Alterations to your order may be made until the final PDF proof is approved. Once approved, no alterations may be undertaken. Signed approval back to us will confirm the completion of your order.

Printing/Colour

Please be aware that due to variations in monitors the colours and images may vary slightly on screen to that of the finished product.

As all stationery is printed digitally it is possible that subtle colour variations can occur between each piece. This is not a fault of the design but a natural effect of the printing process. Stationery can not be refunded or returned because of normal printing effects. We take pride in the quality of our work and assure you that all of our stationery is printed to the highest professional standards. Versailles Invitations accepts no responsibility for very slight differences in printed colours.

Writing on Stationery

Some of our stationary are in Vellum paper scrolls, handmade paper scrolls, velvet scrolls, and cloth scrolls. Please do contact us, as some stationary are not for written on.

If you are writing on the invitations it is advisable to test the pen you are planning to use first to avoid smudging and double printing.

We recommend that you allow at least 5 -15 spare invitations in your order quantity to allow for calligrapher errors.

Envelopes

Envelopes are included with all invitations, thank you cards, RSVP cards. We are pleased to offer the service of printing on envelopes at an extra fee of $100.

Postage & Packing

Postage is $20 plus GST for all deliveries within Australia. Each order will be delivered either by Australia Post or Courier and will require a signature. We are not liable for any damage whatsoever caused by third parties as we take great care in packaging your order to reach you intact.

Quantity

A minimum order of 40 items per stationery piece is required. It is advisable to allow between 5 -15 spares in your order. We can split an order of 50 into two kinds of the same size. Please contact us.

Alterations

Our standard pricing includes the placement of your wording onto your chosen design, plus one set of text amendments an electronic proof stage. Additional amendments will be charged at an hourly rate. Alterations to your order may be made until the final PDF proof is approved. Once approved, no further alterations can be made. An emailed approval back to us will confirm the completion of your order.

Deadlines/Delivery Times

Please allow between 3-6 weeks from start to finish of your order. It is important that you book your order in prior to payment to ensure that we are able to meet your deadline. Please allow extra time for international orders. Urgent orders may require an additional loading fee depending on scheduling and client request. We will advise if this is applicable to you. Versailles Invitations reserves the right to turn away orders where deadlines cannot be met.

During the year we will be closed during certain periods. We will give as much notice as possible on our site as to these closure dates. Orders placed prior to and during closure dates are subject to delays, if you have any concerns re the timing of your order please contact us via phone on 0404287341 prior to ordering.

Orders placed during closure dates will be attended to in order of receipt on our return. If we cannot meet your deadline we will advise before we commence work on your job. 
Delivery times quoted on our site are approximate and depend on the speed in which you supply information to us and approve your proofs.

Cancellations and Refunds

Please choose carefully. Due to the nature of our work and time involved, we cannot refund payment once proofs have been produced and the design process and printing has begun simply because you have changed your mind.

Privacy

At Versailles Invitations, we respect your privacy and promise not to disclose, exchange or sell your personal details to any third party. Your personal information will remain secure and confidential and will only be used to process your order or to inform you of special offers.

Sample Use/Display Permission

From time to time we are asked to submit samples of our work to potential clients, magazines and media and to exhibit at trade expos and events. We will not use samples of your stationery for this purpose without your permission. You will be asked if you give consent for sample use on your order form.

Your Samples

As all our invitations are printed to order we may not have your exact requirements in stock, in which case we'll send you as close a match as possible. We will send you exact proofs and colours when you order.

Newsletter

Our newsletter is sent out to subscribers to keep them updated of news and special offers. You will be automatically subscribed to this newsletter if you make a purchase or enquiry to Versailles Invitations. You are welcome to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe feature at the bottom of the newsletter.

International Orders

If you are ordering from an international location, please contact us PRIOR to placing your order to obtain a shipping quote. International shipping charges range from AU$50 to AU$400+ depending on your location and size/weight of your order. If your country has any applicable duties and taxes, you will also be responsible for these when the parcel reaches your destination. Please check if any of these will apply to you before ordering.

Payment and approval of your stationery is considered acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
