Take the time to browse through our collection and select the items you would like to order.
Add each item to your shopping cart, selecting the quantity you require. You will be then forwarded to your Shopping cart where you can follow the prompts that take you to checkout. Select the payment method you would like to use and click order.
Once your order and payment have been received we will contact you for any additional information such as guest lists etc. Each order will be slightly different, so rather than confusing you at the checkout with information that you do and don't need to supply, we'll just email you the relevant forms to fill in with your wording and details to send back if required. We will prepare your electronic proofs which will be emailed to you for your approval and once we receive in writing that you are satisfied with your proofs; your stationary is sent to print. We allow making one round of changes only.
**NOTE: It is important to carefully examine the proof to ensure all names and venues are spelt correctly, and that punctuation, dates and times are correct. Versailles Invitations will not accept responsibility for any mistakes after the proof has been approved and any further adjustments will incur extra charges.
From the time you place your order, the process typically takes approximately 3 weeks to complete before the items can be shipped. This all depends, of course, on how long it takes you to review and approve your proofs. Here is a quick breakdown of our turnaround times:
- Proof creation - 1 to 3 business days
- Proof review process - (depends on customer)
- Proof edits (if necessary) - 1 to 2 business days
- Printing and production - 10 to 14 business days
